I desired this piece from the moment I laid eyes on it. The watch is not needy or cloying in its design. The size, at first glance, can leave something to be desired, but when placed upon my wrist-looks beautiful and appropriate.

I may have missed it upon first reading the description of the time piece, but the lume on this watch is radiant! If given just a few moments of sunlight, the watch glows bright and I have no problem reading the time in the dark.

A great watch that I am satisfied with and I hope to enjoy for many years into the future!

The watch arrived exactly as pictured and described. Runs great- began ticking right out of the well packaged shipping material - you'd never know it was as old as me! I might choose to replace the crystal and/or the band down the line, but the current choices are part of the charm and totally in line with my expectations at this price.

Fascinatingly and somewhat amusingly, I was recently vintage watch shopping in Japan, looking at watches infinitely more expensive than this one, and yet repeatedly received questions and comments about this watch and its incredible dial!

Overall, it feels like a great hidden gem find and brings me great joy, as much if not more than some of my watches that cost 10x the price.

Of course, I asked Iquer (Mecalco & Co) and he was nice enough to offer it to me first before listing it. Even provided me pictures, videos, and details about the watch.

Of course I got cold feet. But then I saw the actual listing and man I couldn't resist.

Received the watch and it is basically NOS!
Pictures doesn't do it justice and honesty hard to capture the intricate details that you only see when wearing it.
