Refund Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once a shipping label has been provided you have 5 days to drop off the package for shipping.
Note: A 15% restocking fee (limited to $65) will be applied to all returns of $100 and up, unless an exchange is arranged.
Note: a flat $15 restocking fee is applied to all orders under $100 to cover for shipping expenses.
All mechanical watches have a 30-day warranty for repair and or refund if an issue from our end has happened such as an issue with the servicing.
Quartz watches have a 60-day warranty based on any issues that may have occurred on our end (battery changes do not apply).
Important: Due to the nature of vintage watches, we do not offer water resistance guarantees or offer warranty on any damage caused by water/moisture ingress such as but not limited to exposure to humidity, or submersion in water. It is the owner's responsibility to avoid water damage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the watch has been returned to us in the original condition a refund will be issued minus a restocking fee.
Note: If a watch is sold as 'New Old Stock' or 'NOS' we cannot accept returns if the watch is worn or compromised, unless there is a mechanical defect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have been tampered with.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the restocking fee of 15% on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
