If you’re looking for a watch that’ll neatly blend in with just about every outfit and won’t cause a fuss then this Seiko 7009-5059 is not the watch for you. This watch is for those that are looking for a watch that’ll stand out and not be shy about it.


The main star of the show is the dial. A bright ‘rootbeer’ colored dial is contrasted by mirror polished gold toned indices and hands. 


Powering this watch is the workhorse Seiko 7009 17-jewel automatic movement that provides great accuracy, reliability and a day-date with quick-set.

Note: To change the day simply press in the crown.


Housing this watch is a fantastic chunky case with some real heft and with a unique design that screams born in the 70s.


Condition: This watch certainly was no drawer piece and saw more than its fair share of action. The case & bracelet have developed a wonderful reliced feel and look. The dial has some patina that’s on the lower half and is noticeable in certain angles.

Size: 37mm diameter, 41mm lug-to-lug length, 11.5mm height, 20mm lug-to-lug width. Bracelet length of 7".

Movement condition: The movement was serviced in 2021 and is currently running at ± 5-9 seconds per day, amplitude of 230-250 and a beat error of 0.6MS.


This watch comes with a 60 day limited mechanical warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage inflicted post delivery.
