This watch certainly is not for everyone, the color alone is a little too extravagant for some. But for those who don’t mind the color that makes the bulls mad, and for those who want a truly unique piece of horological history, this 1981 Seiko Pulsemeter REF: S229-5000 may just be the watch they need.
This watch is housed in a tank shaped vibrant red polymer composite case (plastic) that is paired with the original Seiko velcro strap.
This watch features a slew of features such as a chronograph, alarm, day-date and of course the pulse sensor.
Though the sensor does work, we’d recommend going to the doctor for precise health data, this is after all a 44 year old watch.
Size: 34mm width, 41mm length, 10mm height, 22mm lug width.
Condition: In good condition with only light wear.
This watch comes with a 90-day limited mechanical warranty.
Warranty does not cover damage inflicted post delivery.

Returns are allowed within 7 calendar days with the day of delivery counting as one.

All of our watches are inspected and serviced if required to function to the best of its capabilities. However please do note that vintage watches are susceptible to slight accuracy deviations and will not be as precise as modern timing equipment.
Due to the nature of vintage watches there may be signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections not to be considered as defects.
We do not offer any guarantees in regards to water resistance unless stated. Do not submerge your watch in water or expose it to high humidity conditions.
