1989 SQ Sports 150 'Bottle Cap' Men's Wrist-Watch

This 1989 Seiko SQ Sports 150 REF: 5H23-7D19 is just the watch for those who are looking to adopt a retired do-everything watch.

This watch presents a light matte gray dial tucked behind a chunky slab of hardlex crystal and is paired by gold toned indices and emerald green Lumibrite lume that is a joy to look at. Surrounding the dial is a ‘bottle cap’ bi-directional bezel that has aged gracefully and though no longer offers a crisp click is still a joy to play with.

Powering this watch is the 3-jewel 5H23 quartz movement that provides great accuracy, reliability, hacking and a day-date with quick-set.

Condition: This watch was well loved and has acquired its share of scars throughout the case and crystal. The crystal does have its fair share of marks and scratches however blend in fairly well and don’t take away from the charm of the watch.
