This 2000 Seiko REF: 7N43-7A09 is a peculiar watch, not because of the style of the watch nor because of the movement, but rather because of a simple word; ‘Sample’. 

This Seiko was not born to be worn but rather to be an exhibition watch to be shown to potential customers. These models did not receive a movement to prevent potential theft. Eventually as the model was discontinued this sample found its way to a storage room to be forgotten about for years. 25 years later this watch would be picked up by a watchmaker and allowed to be given a proper life.

This watch is now powered by a sourced Seiko 7N43 movement which corresponds to the movement that this watch model should have had.

This watch features a stunning mulit-textured silver dial that is paired with inky black hands and roman numerals. 

Powering this watch is the Seiko 7N43 quartz movement that provides great accuracy, day-date with quick-set and hacking for precise time-setting.

Housing this watch is a gold toned case with a fluted bezel and gemstone capped crown.

Size: 35.5mm diameter (37mm with crown), 7mm height, 18mm lug width.

This watch comes with the original Asturian made leather strap. 


This watch comes with a 90-day limited mechanical warranty. 

Warranty does not cover damage inflicted post delivery.

All watches marked as ‘serviced’ have undergone full disassembly, inspection, repairs if needed, cleaning, reassembly, lubrication, and timing adjustments to ensure the watch is running to the best of its capability.

Free shipping within the USA on all orders $149 and up. Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Returns are allowed within 7 calendar days with the day of delivery counting as one.

International Orders: All shipping costs, duties, and other taxes associated with importing a timepiece are the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty

All of our watches are inspected and serviced if required to function to the best of its capabilities. However please do note that vintage watches are susceptible to slight accuracy deviations and will not be as precise as modern timing equipment.

Due to the nature of vintage watches there may be signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections not to be considered as defects.

We do not offer any guarantees in regards to water resistance unless stated. Do not submerge your watch in water or expose it to high humidity conditions.

Care Instructions

Do not submerge watch underwater, expose to humidity & avoid labor intensive jobs while wearing the watch.
