This 1960s Bulova Caravelle is the perfect watch for those who are looking for a stunning vintage watch.

This watch features a beautiful silver sunburst dial that is paired with mirror polished gold toned indices and hands that play wonderfully with the light. 

Powering this watch is a 17-jewel Swiss made Carvalle CAL 11UFCD hand wound movement that provides great accuracy and a date with semi quick-set. 

Housing this watch is a gold toned cushion case that sits on the wrist comfortably and confidently. 

Size: 32mm width (34mm with crown), 38mm lug to lug length, 8.5mm height, 18mm lug width. 

Condition: In great condition with little wear, the only noticeable wear is on the very far edges of the dial and near the date window.

Movement Condition: The movement was serviced in June of 2025 and is currently running at ± 4-11 seconds per day, amplitude of 270-300 and a beat error of 0.2MS. 


This watch comes with a 30-day limited mechanical warranty. 

Warranty does not cover damage inflicted post delivery.

All watches marked as ‘serviced’ have undergone full disassembly, inspection, repairs if needed, cleaning, reassembly, lubrication, and timing adjustments to ensure the watch is running to the best of its capability.

Free shipping within the USA on all orders $149 and up. Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

Returns are allowed within 7 calendar days with the day of delivery counting as one.

International Orders: All shipping costs, duties, and other taxes associated with importing a timepiece are the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty

All of our watches are inspected and serviced if required to function to the best of its capabilities. However please do note that vintage watches are susceptible to slight accuracy deviations and will not be as precise as modern timing equipment.

Due to the nature of vintage watches there may be signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections not to be considered as defects.

We do not offer any guarantees in regards to water resistance unless stated. Do not submerge your watch in water or expose it to high humidity conditions.

Care Instructions

Do not submerge watch underwater, expose to humidity & avoid labor intensive jobs while wearing the watch.

Even better in person!

This Caravelle 1960s mechanical watch is stunning online. I wasn’t expected to be as blown away as I was to see it in person. It’s a beautiful watch that looks hardly worn over its 60 years of life. The packaging was safe and secure, even minus a snafu with the post office and holiday delays. Highly recommend Mecalco and Co for vintage watch purchases!
