Why We Chose This Watch

Watches like this 1950s Gruen can’t help but take you to the past with their iconic designs that even nearly a century later are still as stunning as when they first came out. 

This watch features an aged golden/silver dial with golden indices and hands that play with the light wonderfully.

Powering this watch is the Swiss made model 415 17-jewel mechanical movement that runs reliably and without issue, after all there is a reason why this watch is still up and running 70 years later.

Housing this watch is a fantastic art deco style case with fancy hooded lugs to give the watch an extra pop of contrast.

Condition: In great condition with gentle wear.

Size: 25.5mm width (27mm with crown), 40mm lug-to-lug length, 10mm height, 16mm lug width.

Note: The watchmaker inserted some improvised movement holders inside the case to prevent the movement from moving around. 

Movement Condition: The movement was serviced in August of 2024 and is currently running at ± 4-10 seconds per day.

This watch comes with a 60 day limited mechanical warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage inflicted post sale.

All watches marked as ‘serviced’ have undergone full disassembly, inspection, repairs if needed, cleaning, reassembly, lubrication, and timing adjustments to ensure the watch is running to the best of its capability.

Free shipping within the USA. Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Returns are allowed within 7 calendar days with the day of delivery counting as one.

International Orders: All shipping costs, duties, and other taxes associated with importing a timepiece are the buyer's responsibility.

Warranty

All of our watches come with a limited mechanical warranty regardless of their price. Mechanical watches come with a 60-day limited mechanical warranty & quartz watches come with a 90-day limited warranty. The warranty starts upon arrival of your timepiece.

Note: We do not offer warranty on any water damage inflicted by the owner.

Care Instructions

Do not submerge watch underwater, expose to humidity & avoid labor intensive jobs while wearing the watch.
