[Serviced] 1965 Seiko 5 Sportsmatic Silver Sunburst Men's Wrist-Watch

One of the best things about vintage watches is the stories they tell, after-all, most vintage watches have been worn and loved at some point in their life and as such they develop their own unique character that cannot be replicated anywhere else. This Seiko 5 Sportsmatic REF#:6619-8030 is no exception. A wonderful silver sunburst dial greets the eye with an ever-bright shimmer that is paired perfectly with the indices and hands that have Seiko's famous mirror polishing which allows them to transition from black to white when the light hits just right. 

Powering this watch is Seiko's 6619 21 jewel automatic movement which provides great accuracy, reliability, automatic winding & a day-date with quick-set for the date via pressing in the crown. 

Housing this watch is a fantastic case that captures the trend of Japanese case designs from the 60s with smooth yet sharp contouring and great mirror polishing. 

Size: 36mm diameter, 12.5mm height, 18mm lug-to-lug width. 

Condition: The dial of the watch is nearly perfect showing little to no marking of time. The sides of the case and undersides of the lugs are worn and have pitting. (The watch has been priced taking the wear into account) 

Movement condition: This movement was serviced in May of 2023 and is currently running at (±) 6-12 seconds per day, a amplitude of 240-260 and a beat error of 0.07MS
