[Serviced] 1970 Seiko Lord-Matic Navy Blue TV Style Dial Men's Wrist-Watch

 For those of you who want a truly unique watch this 1970 Seiko Lord-Matic REF#5606-5000 just may be the answer.

A powder navy blue dial is what first stands out, not because the color is vibrant, but because how rare it is to find a watch with a navy blue dial in the first place. Accompanying the dial are raised indices with a matte finishing except for the 12 o’clock double block indice with a mirror polished line running through the middle for a great pop of light.

Powering this watch is the excellent Seiko 5606 automatic movement that provides all the bells and whistles that any collector could ask for. This movement offers automatic winding, handwinding, hacking for precise time-setting and a day-date in English & Kanji with quick-set for convenience. 

Housing this watch is a charming TV style case with a mix of brushed and mirror polished angles, a raised acrylic crystal and a chunky crown for ease with handwinding and operation. The cherry on the top is the ‘Kit-Kat bar’ bracelet that is an absolute joy to wear.

Condition: This watch has received professional restoration to the case and bracelet to remove fine imperfections and rejuvenate it. As such both bracelet and case are in fantastic condition.

Movement Condition: The movement was professionally serviced in May of 2024 and is currently running at  ± 0-5 seconds per day, amplitude of 245-255 and beat error of 0.0-0.3 MS.
