1978 Seiko Automatic REF: 6309-8070

This watch features a stunning gray sunburst dial that is paired with a chunky mirror polished 12 o’clock indice and hands. 

Powering this watch is the workhorse Seiko 6309 17-jewel automatic movement which provides good accuracy, reliability and a day-date with quick-set.

Housing this watch is a ‘helmet’ style solid stainless steel case.

Size: 38mm width, 43mm length, 11mm height, 18mm lug width. 

Condition: In good condition with wear to be expected with age.

Movement condition: The movement was serviced in June of 2025 and is currently running at ± 4-12 seconds per day, amplitude of 220-235 and a beat error of 0.2MS. 


This watch comes with a 60 day limited mechanical warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage inflicted post delivery.

Warranty

All of our watches come with a limited mechanical warranty regardless of their price. Mechanical watches come with a 60-day limited mechanical warranty & quartz watches come with a 90-day limited warranty. The warranty starts upon arrival of your timepiece.

Note: We do not offer warranty on any water damage inflicted by the owner.

Do not submerge watch underwater, expose to humidity & avoid labor intensive jobs while wearing the watch.
