This 1979 Seiko REF: 6309-8220 is a fantastic everyday vintage watch.

This watch features a stunning silver straight grain dial that is paired with mirror polished ‘Kit-Kat’ indices and hands that create a great contrast.

Powering this watch is the workhorse Seiko 6309 17-jewel automatic movement which provides good accuracy, reliability and a day-date with quick-set.

Housing this watch is a great stainless steel case that sits on the wrist comfortably and is paired with a wonderful ‘oyster’ style bracelet.

Size: 35mm diameter, 12mm height, 19mm lug width, bracelet size of 7” or 7 ¾” with the included bracelet extender.

Condition: In great condition with light wear.

Movement condition: The movement was serviced in January of 2026 and is currently running at within 30 seconds per day, amplitude of 220-230 and a beat error of 0.2MS.

This watch comes with a 60 day limited mechanical warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage inflicted post delivery.

All of our watches are inspected and serviced if required to function to the best of its capabilities. However please do note that vintage watches are susceptible to slight accuracy deviations and will not be as precise as modern timing equipment.

We do not offer any guarantees in regards to water resistance unless stated. Do not submerge your watch in water or expose it to high humidity conditions.
